REFUND POLICY

Dear Customers, our company returns and exchanges goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law" On Consumer Protection", which gives you the right to return or exchange goods that did not fit within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Goods from the list approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19.03.94 are not subject to exchange or return.

Exchange and return of goods of proper quality

You can exchange a good quality product for a similar product. Exchange of goods is made within 14 days, except for the day of purchase, provided that the goods were not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels are preserved.

If the buyer refuses the goods of proper quality, the cost of delivering the goods and sending them back is paid by the buyer.

Please note that according to Appendix 3 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19.03.94, underwear that includes nightgowns, pajamas, dressing gowns, and home suits of proper quality is not subject to return or exchange.
